45 minute Small Private Groups (12 ppl max).
21 x sessions available with times booked exclusively.

Private Personal Training

Private sessions incorporate the precise combination of resistance training and cardio intervals to ensure the most direct path to your transformation success.
60 minute Private Sessions (1 on 1 or semi-private available).
Personalised Nutrition Coaching and Exercise Plans included.

All memberships are debited week by week so there are no long term contracts, no joining fees and no membership cancellation fees as we know once you start you won’t know how you lived without us!
