I had a heavy work commitment so found it hard to keep motivated. Daniel was amazing - he was so enthusiastic about my fitness goals and gave me every encouragement and support to achieve them. He was very flexible in adjusting my fitness schedule and regularly sent me messages of encouragement and tips to improve my fitness and general health along the way. Daniel is very passionate about fitness and knowledgeable about health and wellbeing. I far exceeded my fitness goals with Daniel’s support and encouragement.
