Since graduating as a qualified fitness instructor in 2006 Dan has continued to pursue excellence in all aspects of human movement, motivational psychology and nutritional guidance.

Personalised Individual Programs

Beginners, intermediate or advanced “Macro cycles” are put in place to challenge the body forcing it to adapt and re-shape. Session’s are structured using various forms of “Periodisation” meaning workouts don’t get repetitive or boring and ensure that progression is always the aim of each session. Depending on your personal goals we look at the most effective combination for weights, cardio, kickboxing and nutrition to produce maximum results.

Nutritional Guidance

Together we will develop a new mentality towards healthy eating and a plan of attack to get you there. By determining the calories and nutrients that are required for your goals you will compliment your exercise to achieve results never before thought possible. There are no radical diets used but rather fundamental rules that should be applied to create lifestyle habits that will maintain your results for years to come. I will guide you through the process and help you with every hurdle along the way.

Ongoing Support

The support structure enables you to take advantage of your new best weapon in achieving results – us! You can call, SMS or email with any questions about anything to do with health and fitness and we will make it our personal endeavour to assist you both inside and outside of your sessions.

Results Tracking & Modification

To maximize your progress, you need to continually update and adjust your program. This is done through effective monitoring and ongoing assessments. We will continually tailor your program so that you are always on the most direct path to achieving your goals.
